When mutually requested by Labor and Management, the Executive Director serves as mediator in labor-management disputes, whether contract negotiations or grievances or both.

We perform our services at no cost to membership. The Louisville-Labor Management Committee is funded by an appropriation from Metro Council and offers dispute resolution services to the labor-management community free of charge.
