Open Records Requests – Louisville Labor-Management Committee

The public records of Louisville Labor-Management Committee are open for inspection by any person on written request.

Availability
Applicants shall be advised of availability of the requested records and shall be notified within five (5) working days after receipt of an application, of any reason the records requested are not available for public inspection.
Certain items may be excluded if they contain information exempted under KRS 61.878.
No person shall remove written copies without written permission of the Official Custodian.
Fees
Copies of written material in the public records of Louisville Labor-Management Committee shall be furnished to any person requesting them on payment of a fee of ten (10) cents a page. The applicant shall also be charged for any postage costs incurred. Special or non-standardized format requests may be subject to higher fees.
