About Us
The Louisville Labor-Management Committee employs a full-time Executive Director who handles the work of the Committee. The Committee, funded by an annual appropriation by the Louisville Metro Council, provides mediation and advisory arbitration services without charge to the users. The use of mediation and advisory arbitration has resulted in improved labor-management relations.
